Axgio to release Android 5.0 64-bit Smartphone ------- Axgio Neon N3 & Chance to win it from tinydealforum.com

Smartphone maker Axgio will launch a new product powered by the Android 5.0 operating system in a few days to come, ahead of most of its peers in the world.

The phone will be named Axgio Neon N3, which, in addition, is said to pack the newest 64-bit 4-core CPU from the Taiwanese chipmaker MediaTek, namely MTK6732. Adopting the ARMv8 Cortex-A53 framework, the chipset has a peek working frequency of 1.5GHz and supports the 4G LTE mobile networks with max upstream and downstream speeds of 50Mbps and 150Mbps, respectively.

Only a few flagship smartphones have run Android 5.0 all over the world by far, such as Goolge’s Nexus 6. “But they are very expensive and not likely to serve average consumers”, said Jacob Lin, CEO of Axgio, “so the Neon N3 is expected to help more people experience the new Android version earlier”.

Axgio Neon N3 is expected to debut with quite a low price but it does not look very cheap. Unlike its plastic predecessors Neon N1 and N2Q, the N3 employs an all-metal chassis to deliver a premium feel. In terms of color, the N3 includes 2 models, one in dark grey and the other in silver, both of which had a matte finish.

In addition, Axgio Neon N3 will pack a 5.5-inch 720P IPS display, 5MP/13MP cameras, and a 2500mAh battery.

It has been on presell at TinyDeal.com exclusively only with $149.99, don't miss this phone.

In addition, there is a new giveaway contest at tinydealforum.com, which have several big prizes, especially include Axgio Neon N3, other prizes are Xiaomi smart bracelet and Xiaomi powerbank.

Laude Comes Back With Its Newest Cyber X8 Phone

Finally, Laude’s newest phone Cyber X8 comes with the confirmed information of it. It has been near four months since the Laude S800 was on sale. The previous phone S500 and S800 won great fame for Laude for the fine build quality and low price with good specifications. Many users like the performance and quality, but asking for better, outstanding design for it. The brand new Laude Cyber X8 is the ambition of Laude to win the upmarket.

As the new X series, Laude X8 is sporting the MT6592M octa-core processor. Its little flaw that the ROM space is only 8 GB. The support of maximum to 64 GB TF card is quite necessary. Put the performance aside, X8 has many other highlights: the 720P HD IPS screen, 8MP rear camera and outstanding design. X8’s 5” HD screen has the 293.8 PPI, it’s almost reach the Retina level: 300 PPI. Frankly speaking, the 1080P FHD resolution will be better display. But you must cut the battery standby time, or make the phone thick. And the bandwidth of the memory on MT6592 series is only 5.3 GB/s, which barely meets the smooth display of FHD screen. At present the HD screen is the best choice for MT6592 processor. It’s also bright for outdoor use, but reading mass texts is not recommended. The screen has brilliant viewing-angle. This might not be the best 5” screen, but better than most of screens of MTK phones.

X8 has the 2MP front camera and 8MP AF rear camera with high-brightness LED flash. To give a conclusion to X8’s camera, I will say it’s a typical 8MP camera. It will get you a higher resolution than the 5MP camera. Now the photos are clearer and you can have more details. Laude is conservative for the camera optimization. X8’s white balance is not surprising as other MTK phones and the noise control in low-light environments is still stumble. The good news is the photo quality is stable at the most of the time. There’s no weird color-cast or blur. The useful features like panorama, HDR, smiling detection are supported on my test model.

I quite like the feel of the phone. It sits comfortably in my hand, though the edges of the steel frame can are a little sharp. Despite the glossy plastic backing, the handset has quite a premium feel to it thanks to this metal edging. The power and volume rockers are on the right, and are easy to reach without any strenuous finger stretching. The whole design of X8, in one word, is distinctive. X8 is truly an art masterpiece. The incredible attention to detail shines through in the stainless steel frame.

FNF ifive Air - Experience the charm of 'Air'

After around one week of ifive MX2's release, another ifive high-end device came to the market yesterday, the name is so attracitve, ifive Air, not iPad Air, but the function also matches up with Air this title.

Just like iPad Air, ifive air houses with Retina screen at 2048*1536 resolution, 9.7 inch size and 7mm narrow border brings high quality to this tablet, vastly improves the performance of display. What's more, the GPU of device is so crazy, which almost has same class with PC, a 16 core Mali-T764 GPU guarantees that you will not feel any delay when you play the game or run the App.

For hardware, it equips with 1.8GHz RK3288 Quad-core Cortex-A17 processor, which represents the best level of decent performance and low consumption. In addition, ifive air uses eMMC storage chipset for 16GB, which works with 2GB RAM to improve the speed of device. If you want to use ifive Air to beat iPad Air, I can tell you it's camera, 8MP rear camera and 2MP front camera are perfect elements.

Finally, we can talk about the appearance of ifive Air, it inherits the craft work of FNF style, delicate design and 7.5mm fuselage must be the highlight of tablet. However, it still have strong power with 8200mAh battery, so you can enjoy your ifive Air about 10 hours straight.

In conclusion, this is a cost-effective tablet, if you can not afford iPad Air, maybe ifive Air is your choice.

Zopo ZP999 Hands On Review

The Zopo ZP999 Standard version, powered with MT6595 Pre-sale for this phone were first accepted on TinyDeal online store for $399.99. Here’s our review of the Zopo ZP999 prototype and its hardware.

The Zopo ZP999 standard version continues the classic design sported by the Zopo ZP998 with many similarities from the size to the way the buttons are set. But the battery has enlarged to 2,700mAh, also they’re interchangeable. However, the SIM slots were changed.  Zopo ZP998 has one big SIM slot and one small one, while the Zopo ZP999 standard version has two micro card slots and has support for 4G LTE networks. The two slots overlap each other. The Zopo ZP999 standard version is also NFC-supported, plus HotKnot, smart wake, OTG, accelerometer and hall sensor integrated As a result, this is a phone aimed at the high-end market, and so, it is no surprise that its price is much higher than Zopo ZP998.

Powered on the device, probably thanks to the LTPS technology, we found that the screen display is much nicer than the same resolution on ZP998. Especially the black color presents very deep and true, and you will not find any light leaks on the edge of the screen. Handing on ZP999 feels comfortable, the thin bezel brings an excellent visual enjoyment, the only pity is that a thin dark bezel will be keep in eyes when the screen is on.

ZP999 packs with 5MP front camera and 14MP back camera, when we started the test the day had been turned to dusk, so we firstly took some night shots. It is notable that the shutter has a little delayed, but the night shots didn’t disappoint us, with or without flash light, it still keeps well.

The quality of the photos taken by ZP999 is great. They are very clear whether they are taken indoors or outdoors. The colors are also a bit more natural.

One of the ZP999’s most interesting features is its MediaTek octa-core processor, using a mix of ARM Cortex-A17 and low-power Cortex-A7 cores and paired with 3GB of RAM, will allow the phone to easily outperform competing handsets.

We found there could be some truth to this claim. During our hands-on, the Zopo ZP999 moved between windows and open applications smoothly and stutter-free, and proved capable of opening multiple content-rich websites in the native browser app hassle free.

This processor has received more than 42000 points in the newest Antutu benchmark test.

Unlike most MTK smartphones, ZP999’s audio decoding chip seems much better, the sound quality with earphone is pure and clear, but the speaker is not very loud when calling rings.

Battery life performs well with the 2700mAh battery, the only shortage is you may need to charge it for about 3 hours to be full.

Axgio Opened Store on Amazon

China-based Cellphone maker Axgio has opened an official store named Axgio US on Amazon.com, the world’s biggest online shopping platform, in an effort to better serve customers in the US.

All of Axgio’s products have been shipped to Amazon’s US-based warehouse, so that local customers can receive their packages within one week. The mobile phone company uses Amazon’s logistics system, which usually delivers a package in 4-7 days after payment. If choosing Amazon’s Two-Day Shipping service, you get your package the next day.

Axgio’s has launched 3 cellphone models, Wing W2, Neon N1, and Neon N2Q in succession. The first two are 4-core HD-display smartphones and already for sale on Amazon for USD94.99 and USD105.99, respectively. Neon N2Q, the 8-core qHD smartphone, will be available on Amazon in about 2 weeks.

World’s Lowest-price 8-core Smartphone to Be Even Cheaper

Cellphone maker Axgio will further lower the price of the world’s cheapest 8-core smartphone by 2 US dollars, so that the consumers can get it at USD114.99 at the online store TinyDeal.com.

Named Axgio Neon N2Q, the smartphone was launched three weeks ago, in an effort to provide customers with a snappy phone at a friendly price. Now the company is able to make it even more affordable, thanks to its optimization in production line.

Axgio Neon N2Q is equipped with the MTK6592M 8-core chipset, 5-inch QHD display, 1GB RAM, 8GB ROM, 5MP/8MP Cameras, Bluetooth 4.0, and a 2100mAh battery, running on the pure Android 4.4.2 operating system. It is presently the cheapest smartphone available on the market, with its price USD20 lower than the previous lowest.

The Neon N2 Q’s body measures 5.7 inches high by 2.8 inches wide, and with a thickness of 7.5mm, it’s almost as thin as the iPhone 6 Plus. The industrial-feel edges, the inset lines hereby, and the matte texture are all reminiscent of another iPhone, namely, the 5. The edges are made from matte aluminum which delivers a visual feel of black lead though, as it adopted metal corrosion techniques. Coming in a weight of 4.6 ounces, the N2 Q feels significantly lighter than Axgio’s last-generation product Neon N1.

Besides, the edges are slightly curved, so as to nestle into hand rather than cutting into it. “As an oversize mobile phone, chamfered edges are not very friendly to hand. That’s why iPhone 6 and 6 Plus give up the harsh design that distinguished iPhone 5 and 5S”, said a manager at Axgio.

The Neon N2Q has a very smooth user interface and allows demanding games like Asphalt 8 and Real Racing 3 to run reassuringly, thanks to the robust MTK6592M CPU and Mali450 4-core GPU. The 1GB RAM is not huge, but is enough to handle a qHD display.

The battery of the N2Q occupies a big area in the phone’s interior, and therefore it has a large capacity to easily support 2 days of light use. The mainboard sits to the right of the battery with the two groups of main heat-emitting components separated by the two SIM card slots, building a good cooling environment.

A highly-praised function on the N2Q is Gesture Wake, which enables double tap to enter the lock screen and open an app by drawing a letter like “w” when the display is sleeping.

In about one month, Axgio will release another version of the N2Q which runs on the Neonado OS 1.1, an Android UI developed by the Axgio company. The UI was pre-installed on Axgio’s previous products Neon N1 and Wing W2 and has won a good reputation as a handy system.

The best phone of ZOPO with high specification - ZP999

TinyDeal has launched the first MT6595M smartphone, ZOPO ZP999, which is the upgrade version of ZP998. From appearance we can hardly find apparent differences between the brothers, but in specifications it does have a landslide win in every aspect of the phone.

ZP999 packs with the same body like ZP998, 5.5-inch screen, FHD resolution, size 151 x 76 x 9 mm, only the back case changes a minor. Also the screen material has adopted the LTPS and OGS technology. Thankfully, the battery has promoted to 2,700mAh(the last generation is only 2,300mAh).

But what mostly grabs our attention should be the latest MT6595 processor, this ZP999 standard version is powered by its underclocking version MT6595M, clocked at 2.0GHz with an IMG Rogue G6200 450MHz GPU, we have read many test reports from GFXBench that performance gap between the two is about 20%, so you just don’t need to care much about the benchmark and game performance. Of course if you are not satisfied with the underclocking version, ZOPO also offers the ZP999 Pro version, which is powered by MT6595@2.2GHZ.

Besides the powerful CPU, ZP999 also equips with an ample storage – 3GB of RAM and 32GB of ROM, which is the same level as Xiaomi and Meizu, or even higher. Its back camera is 14MP with CMOS, front camera is 5MP. It is also mentionable that ZP999 brings us many invisible enhancements on both software and hardware, for example, HotKnot, Accelerometer, Hall sensor, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC and OTG.

The last spotlight should not forget is the supported network – TD-LTE, FDD-LTE, WCDMA, TD-SCDMA, and of course GSM are all supported in ZP999’s baseband. If you need more information about the frequency, you can check it on the product page. I believe that would definitely make you delightful.

THL T6 Pro: A Cozy 8-core Phone for the Autumn Market

Autumn is the ideal season to release new products: People are waiting for the Halloween and Christmas holidays. Being the star of fast developing consumer electronics market, cellphone companies will never be left behind. The leading companies like Samsung and Apple have announced their latest cellphone products, yet Google’s Nexus products are not even be leaked.

The 8-core Android cellphones have come to us months ago, even Qualcomm has broken its words to launched 8-core processors. Before Qualcomm’s 8-core processors are widely used, the only brands on this market are Samsung’s Exynos 54X0 series and MediaTek’s MTK6592. Exynos series have the bad reputation for battery-consumption and temperature control. And the lack of baseband patents make Samsung’s processors higher price for its extra cost. At the same time, MediaTek’s only 8-core processor MTK6592 has been sold over 6 months. Though not competitive with Qualcomm flagship 4-core processor like Snapdragon 800, MTK6592 is a quite decent processor: subordinate flagship performance, perfect battery-consumption and the low cost for manufacturers. Considering the upgrade version MTK6595 has been postponed several times, the MTK6592 is still trending in 2014 and 2015 spring.

Before the MTK6595 is mass produced, MTK6592 will slowly but steadily lower the price, in other words, cost down. From over $200 to the present price about $120, this process speeds up much. The model we’re talking today, THL T6 Pro is definitely an ambitious product. THL has brought us many classic cellphones: T100S, T200C, T11, and W11… Their recent models THL5000 and T6S did win reputation for cost/performance, battery-consumption, and build quality. While the THL5000 with over $260 and T6S with less than $90, there is a great gap between these two models. Considering the MTK6582 quad core phones have come with the low price, THL’s impossible to make a high-end quad core phone and mark it over $150. Thus THL chose to build the upgrade version of T6S, which is T6 Pro.

Sharing the same model with T6S, T6 Pro also has many same features with T6S. The specifications for T6 Pro is standard: MTK6592 octa core processors, 1GB RAM and 8GB ROM, 5” IPS HD screen, 2.0 MP and 8.0 MP dual cameras. Surely it aims at the customers who are eager to experience the octa core phones, yet worried about the unknown brand’s cheap products, or the unnecessary expensive ones.

The T6 Pro inherited simple but smart design. The same engineering plastics material on the back of T6 PRO feels quite different. The soft touch feels cozy, even in the cold weather days. The anti-slip surface is helpful when holding it in your hand. For this design, it won scores for anti-scratch part. The sound of speaker is impressive, so no need to worry you will miss the call. The T6 PRO used the three traditional button keys as well: menu, home and back. Fortunately the menu button has the right icon, not the multi-task icon on some other models. The power button and volume buttons are on the side of the phone which can easily access and the touch feels clear for each button. The 3.5mm microphone interface and micro USB interface are on the top. It feels better to hold the phone when charging it. At the bottom of the phone, the open slot of the back cover and the denoise microphone are here.

For the camera part, T6 PRO’s rear 8.0 MP camera lacks of unique features. But the main functions are supported: LED flashlight, auto-focus, panorama shot, face recognition, and continuous shot. Besides, it can toggle between 4:3 and 16:9 photo scale. The actual quality of the rear camera is decent for 8.0MP. The noise control is OK, but the glare prevention needs improvement.

The hardware performance of T6 PRO is within our expectation, both the Antutu benchmark and the 3D games / video playback experience is the normal MTK6592 level. 1GB RAM will be short for many background running apps. We agree that it can meet your daily demands as a starter phone. Though it’s an entry-level octa core phone, there is a long way between the T6 PRO and flagship ones. But running Facebook and Twitter will be more than sufficient. If this phone has the lower than $150 price, there would be chances for T6 PRO. And for this price, we can give it a 4.5 stars remark.

Axgio Continues Their Masterpiece on Neon N2Q

If the iPhone strikes your fancy but you can't quite justify the cost, perhaps the Axgio NeonN2Q will do the trick. After pre-announcing the device recently, Axgio is now finally telling interested customers when they can get it and how much it'll cost. The answers to those questions are September 25th and 'it depends.

Neon N2Q continues the style on N1, flat back cover is surrounded by the metal bezel, more compact and neat element vibe will instantly rush into your eyes when this handset on-hand. Axgio adopts OGS technology this time on the model, screen resolution is decreased, but better viewing angles provided. N2Q powered by the underclocking 8-Core MT6592M, main frequency is 1.4GHz, we may infer that this would be a nice solution to the problem that high power consumption on 8-Core phone. It still contains 1GB of RAM and 8GB of ROM, but upside is that OTG supported, for those who carries flash disk usually, OTG has been a necessary this days. Additionally, battery is also promoted to 2100mah, camera seems to remain the same. As the area of the speaker is larger, it provides much louder and clear voice calling

We must be impressed by the customized OS on Neon N1 for its abundant features and humane design, but this time Neon N2Q packs the stock Android 4.4, so in many aspects the interaction is much better, also the Neonado version will soon be available, whether it will support more system languages in the future upgrade? Let’s wait and see.

Axgio N2Q is coming

As a new Chinese phone manufacture, Axgio keeps on developing better mid-end phone, the former models W2 and N1 have  a good selling, so more and more customers begin to trust this brand.

This time, Axgio prepare to rage a storm again with its new phone - N2Q, which is the cheapest Octa-core phone, you can not find another Octa-core phone under $120 beside N2Q, so there is no doubt that N2Q is a cost-effective choice.

What's more, our TinyDeal have got some pictures and specs info about N2Q in advance, and now I will show you these details.

The follow pictures are N2Q, you can see that the appearance is more beautiful, and the fuselage is ultra thin, I think it shows a higher quality than W2 and N1.

The follow picture shows the specification about N2Q.

It's said that N2Q will release tomorrow, let's expect for it.

MIJUE M690+ - A clone version of iPhone 6

Mijue is a Chinese brand that famous for its former M680 phone, today they are plan to launch the next generation model M690+, aka M690 Plus..

Mijue M690+ seems to be the most cost-effective budget phone if we look to its specifications, powered by the MTK6592 8-core processor by Mediatek which is clocked at 1.7Ghz. In addition to that there is 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal memory of which you can extend it up to 64GB by SD Card., while most phones supports only 32GB. With those specs in combination with the 5” IPS HD 1280x720 pixels resolution screen the phone is reaching quite a good performance. What amazing is that price of M690+ is only about $130, so it may be a pretty nice budget Android smartphone within this price range.

The front of the phone is well-designed, and has a frontier modern edge like Apple products this year. On top we can see the status LED, front camera located on the center. Below the screen there are one gorgeous home key which is decorated as silver, as well as two menu keys which are only visible when using and lit up as ultramarine blue. The phone is doing what it is supposed to do very good and is fun to use for a clone device.

Latest Android 4.4 runs on the device, it features a 8MP back camera with dual flash, and the imitated features (like the smart gesture) of the original phone are nice, even though most will probably never use them but kindly helpful once emergent. Plus, the battery is surprisingly good. We believe that Mijue M690+ could bring us more surprise if on-hand later.

First, let's analyse some information about RK3288 processor. The A17 and A12, A17 is improved based on A12. So we can also call the A17 as A12r1, that’s more reasonable.

Back to our U-Box, here is configuration:

CPU: ARM Cortex-A17 Quad-core 1.8
GPU: Quad Core Mali-T764
RAM2G
ROM16G
HDMI: 2.0
Bluetooth 4.0
WIFI: 802.11 a/b/g/n
Support OpenGL ES 3.0/DirectX 11
H.265 video coding
OS: Android 4.4.2

Show the main board configuration diagram which comes from official website. There are only minor defects, for example, it is not the USB3.0 interface.

Appearance of Appreciation:
With 2 USB2.0 interfaces and one TF card slot by the side.

Power port, AV, HDMI2.0, USB and Micro USB interface, R89 equipped with many heat emission holes as well, it means the better cooling effect.

Internal Disassemble:

We can see the Mic, WiFi antenna is put on the top of shell

Starting UP Interface:

Finally, we should show the score of ANTUTU Benchmark. Apparently, it’s so easy to beat the SAMSUNG S5, LG and Xiaomi.
